Wellness coaching focuses on personal growth, goal setting, and lifestyle changes to improve overall well-being. Therapy focuses on treating mental health conditions and diagnosing disorders.
I offer both individual and group coaching options to cater to different needs and preferences.

While a typical wellness coaching session can vary depending on the specific coach, client needs, and goals, here’s a general structure you can expect:

  • Introduction & Goal Setting (10-15 minutes)
  • Exploration & Discovery (20-30 minutes)
  • Action Planning & Strategies (20-25 minutes)
  • Review & Wrap-up (10-15 minutes)

 

The tone is collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental, fostering a safe space for open communication.

Sessions can take place in person, online, or over the phone, depending on Your preferences.
